Isaac Is originally from the Montcalm area and has always had a passion for helping others and those with special needs. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University but rooted in local community services since the beginning of his professional career. His primary goal is to provide the accessibility of quality behavioral services and support to those in areas that might not typically receive the service.
He strives to overcome challenges and barriers to client progress and will work with families directly to provide the best support possible. Increasing the quality of life and independence of clients is what Isaac enjoys the most about his job. In his free time, he enjoys his passion for traditional music, more specifically the violin/fiddle.
My name is Jennifer Richardson. I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013, being professionally in the field since 2008, where I started as a Behavior Technician at Melmark New England, in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2009 I started a position at The May Institute in Boston, Massachusetts as an Assistant Manager of a group home and moved into a Manager position in the Adult Services Division. I started my Master's Degree in Psychology/Counselling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2010, extending my education from my Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University in Psychology with a Minor in Communication Disorders. I have experience through the lifespan as young as 18 months old to 95 years old. I love working with children, teens and adults to help them gain skills to function in their lives and gaining skills to help navigate their community.
Michelle Busken grew up in the West Michigan area, and after living in the U.P. for the previous 12 years has returned to the lower peninsula with her family. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University in Special Education with a concentration in Emotional Impairments in 2015. Michelle spent the next 8 years as an educator where she discovered her passion for helping children with behavior and skill needs that surpassed the school setting. Michelle earned her Masters in applied behavior analysis from the University of Arizona in 2018 and recently became a BCBA at the start of 2024.
